Self-Collection
Order online, via WhatsApp, or over the phone, and let us know you prefer self-collection. We’ll prepare your materials and notify you when they are ready. Collection is available during our operating hours.
Provide your order number or invoice upon arrival. Our staff will assist with loading if needed. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for the materials ordered. Our team will assist with forklift loading for palletized or heavy items.
- As construction schedules don’t always fit within standard business hours, we provide an after-hours self-collection option where customers can safely collect materials from a designated pickup area outside our warehouse.
- This area is clearly marked and easily accessible for customer vehicles.
- Once materials are placed in the designated area, they are considered collected and under the customer’s responsibility.
- SH Construction & Building Materials Supplier Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage after placement.
- Heavy or palletized items requiring forklift loading must be collected within our operating hours.

For customers opting for self-collection, please note that if you require materials to be wrapped, packed, or palletized, you must inform our sale team in advance at the time of order confirmation. This helps us prepare your materials properly and ensure a smooth & efficient collection process.
