DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Policy

  • We offer delivery Islandwide, Except Restricted Area, Such as Jurong Island, Army Camp, Air Base, Naval Base, Jurong Port due to access restriction.
  • We deliver Building Materials using crane lorries (30-Footer) to the following property types:
    • HDB (Public housing)
    • Condominium
    • Landed Houses (Terrace, Semi-D, Bungalows)
    • Commercial Properties & Factories

Customers are allowed to select their preferred delivery date and time slot when placing an order.

Available Time Slots

Weekday – Monday to Friday
Morning – 7:00am to 12:00pm
Afternoon – 1:30pm to 5:00pm
Flexible – Full day subject to delivery date

Saturday – 7:00am to 1:00pm

Final delivery timing is subject to availability, route planning our processing team will revert with the nearest available date & timing at delivery.

For HDB & Condominium Crane Lorry Delivery

  • Crane Lorry access is typically Restricted or not permitted.
  • Delivery will be made unloaded to the nearest accessible Kerbside or lor loading / unloading bay.
  • Permit or management approval (if required) must be arranged by the customer in advance.
  • Customer is responsible for arranging manual movement of goods (Materials) from drop-off point to the unit.

For Landed Properties Crane Lorry Delivery

  • For a Landed property delivery, Customer need to ensure sufficient access for the Crane Lorry to deliver the building Materials to the House.
  • For Landed house delivery, the customer or contractor should stand by one or more worker to:
    1. Guide the Lorry into position safely (driveway/ roadside)
    2. Identify the unloading area (e.g. garden, car porch, driveway or backyard)
    3. Check and confirm delivery (quantity, condition, correct materials)
  • Please be advised that any request to deliver and hoist building materials above ground floor level (e.g. to the 2nd or 3rd floor using a crane lorry must be communicated to us in advance)
  • For all deliveries involving crane lifting to the 2nd or 3rd floor (or any level above ground). We kindly request that you provide clear site photos in advance to support planning & safety assessment.
  • Our company reserves the right to refuse or cancel crane lifting if the driver operates assessing the site unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival.
  • Or the load (materials) or lifting height excess safe operational limit.
  • Standby/ waiting charge may apply for delays on site.

For Commercial Properties & Ramp Up Factories Crane Lorry Deliveries

  • Overhead clearance should have at least 4.5 meter for crane lorry to access.
  • The client or site representative must ensure that the unloading area is ready & accessible before the crane lorry arrives.
  • Any delay due to restricted access, security clearance, or unprepared unlading areas will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Clients are required to coordinate unloading schedule with site management and ensure proper manpower is available to receive goods.
  • Any rescheduling due to site issues will incur standby or re-delivery charge as applicable.

No Doorstep Delivery

  • Please note that we do not provide doorstep delivery or carry materials into houses, shops or buildings.
  • Please arrange your own manpower if materials needed to be moved beyond the drop-off point.

Crane Lorry Breakdown

Due to an unexpected mechanical issue with the crane lorry, there will be a delay in the delivery schedule. We regret any inconvenience caused. We shall not be held liable for any sudden delays resulting from unforeseen mechanical problems or circumstances beyond our control.
